We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Representative to help us achieve our business growth targets by bringing new accounts into the portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through domestic and cross-border freight solutions, working with shippers across the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and secure new customers in domestic and cross-border operations. - Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships. - Develop tailored freight solutions aligned with company capabilities. - Create and execute outreach and prospecting campaigns. - Work closely with Operations to ensure competitive pricing while protecting profitability. - Provide clear and accurate load, project, and service expectations. - Ensure compliance with company regulatory and operational guidelines. - Consistently meet individual sales targets. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. - Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports with reliable forecasting. What we’re looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. - 2–5 years of sales experience in freight brokerage or logistics. - Strong understanding of ground transportation modes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - CRM workflow knowledge. - Bilingual: English & Spanish.
