Sales Engineer – Mexico Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Queretaro, Mexico | Full-time | Field-based Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to support business growth across Mexico. This position combines technical knowledge and commercial skills to develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and provide value-added solutions to customers in strategic industries. Key Responsibilities Execute a highly operational, hunter-driven sales role focused on prospecting, developing selected existing accounts, creating a strong customer portfolio in the region, and generating new business opportunities. Manage and grow existing customer accounts within assigned territory. Lead quotations, RFQs, pricing discussions, and negotiations. Promote engineered sealing solutions based on customer needs. Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial customers. Coordinate with Applications Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts. Support margin improvement and strategic growth initiatives. Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews. Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. ~3+ years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or industrial markets. ~ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ~ Commercial mindset with technical aptitude. ~ Self-driven and results-oriented. ~ Advanced English required. ~ Availability to travel within Mexico. Preferred Experience Automotive, industrial, fluid systems, sealing solutions, or manufacturing industries. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
