LLM Engineer (AI Engineer) General Overview We are looking for a creative and data-savvy AI Engineer to join our small, agile team. We believe that building with AI should be as much fun as it is impactful. If you love experimenting with the latest LLMs, diving into data to find hidden patterns, and using modern tools to build cool stuff quickly, youll fit right in. Were not looking for a "code monkey"; were looking for a collaborative builder who enjoys the "flow state" of coding and wants to help us define the future of our AI products. What Youll Get to Do Make our Models Smarter: Youll play with the latest models on Amazon Bedrock (like Claude, Llama, and Amazon Nova), tweaking and improving them so they feel intuitive and helpful to our users. Tell Stories with Data: Youll help us understand how our AI is doing. Youll dig into the data, run some analytics, and share insights that help us decide what to build next. Modern Prototyping (The "Vibe"): We love high-productivity tools. Youll have the freedom to use AI-augmented IDEs (like Cursor) to move fast, test ideas, and turn "what if?" into a working AWS prototype. Keep things flowing: Youll help manage our RAG pipelines and MLOps, making sure the "brain" of our app stays sharp, updated, and connected to the right information. What Were Looking For Curiosity over Ego: You love learning new things. Whether it's a new AWS feature or a better way to structure a prompt, youre always exploring. Python & AWS Pal: Youre comfortable with Python and enjoy the AWS ecosystem (especially Bedrock and SageMaker). The "Hacker" Spirit: You enjoy the "vibe" of rapid developmentbuilding functional, elegant solutions without getting lost in over-engineering.
