Position Objective: Support talent attraction, recruitment, and selection processes by helping identify suitable candidates, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring timely coverage of open positions within the organization. Requirements: - Active student - Currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, or Pedagogy or related field. - At least in the 5th semester (with a minimum of 1.5 years remaining as a student) - Availability to work morning hours - Advanced conversational English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: - Support recruitment and selection processes - Post job openings on different job boards - Screen resumes and pre-select candidates - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Assist in initial interviews - Update databases and recruitment reports - Participate in talent attraction initiatives (job fairs, university outreach, etc.) - Provide administrative support to the HR area Benefits: - Financial support - Opportunities for growth within the company - Internship credit / university requirements fulfillment Do you have these skills?
