墨西哥机房运维工作，候选人需要会中文+语文 岗位职责： 机房设备（服务器＆网络设备）的日常监控巡检； 服务器设备的安装、配置和维护； 相关配置文档整理； 综合布线布线运维工作； 机房基础设施异常响应如：UPS/HVAC/空调制冷等设备。 任职要求： 计算机、网络工程相关专业 熟悉TCP/IP协议、网络交换和路由协议 熟悉网络相关设备的安装、配置和维护 有较好的服务意识，沟通技巧和语言表达能力 Position Title: Data Center Operations Engineer (Mexico) Language Requirement: Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese ＆ English (for seamless cross-team collaboration and client communication). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily monitoring, inspection, and preventive maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers and network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls). - Perform installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of server hardware and software systems. - Organize and maintain technical configuration documentation (e.g., network topology diagrams, device configurations, operation logs). - Manage and troubleshoot structured cabling systems (e.g., cable routing, connectivity testing, labeling compliance). - Provide first-line response and resolution for data center infrastructure incidents, including UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning), and cooling system malfunctions. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related technical fields. - Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols, network switching architectures, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF). - Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining network-related equipment (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls). - Strong service mindset, client-facing communication skills, and clear technical documentation abilities (written/spoken).
