Airswift is supporting a major offshore energy project and is currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist with strong FPSO and EPCI project experience to support a large-scale development project in Mexico. This role is open to international candidates and expatriates, provided the professional has proven, hands‐on experience on a specific FPSO project.Important: Candidates must have direct FPSO experience. Profiles without FPSO exposure will not be considered.Position Overview Location:Mexico City (with international travel as needed)Role Objective The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities in support of an FPSO development project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market conditions, and HSES standards. The role covers end-to-end sourcing, EPC contract management, supplier performance, and FPSO-specific procurement activities, working in a highly cross-functional and international environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and support allFPSO-related supply chain activities, including market analysis, supplier assessments, demand forecasting, and spend analysis. Execute fullsourcing cycles: specification definition, commercial terms, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award. Negotiate, execute, and administerEPC contracts, including variations, amendments, claims, and dispute management. Manage supplier performance and relationships, driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and reduction of NPT. Procure goods, services, spare parts, and supplies in line with project and operational requirements. Resolve commercial, contractual, and operational discrepancies with vendors. Ensure strict compliance with company management systems, ethics, supply chain policies, and HSES requirements. Support contract owners in contract governance and execution excellence. Promote continuous improvement and cross‐functional collaboration. Experience withCoupais preferred (other ERP systems considered).Education & Experience Requirements Education Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Professional Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Contract Management within oil & gas.Mandatory and verifiable experience supporting FPSO projects (candidates without FPSO experience will not be considered). Strong background inEPCI projects. Experience in international and multicultural project environments. Availability to work acrossMexico City and Houston, with global travel as required.Technical Skills Strong knowledge of FPSO operations and supply chain requirements. Solid commercial and contractual expertise, including open-book models. Deep understanding of supplier markets, Incoterms, and contracting principles. Proven negotiation skills for high-value and complex contracts.Languages English:Fluent (mandatory) Spanish:Preferred, but not essential
