HR Manager Position Purpose The HR Manager will lead and execute Human Resources strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving organizational development, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring an effective, compliant, and high-performing HR function within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
