Senior Project Manager Location: Guadalajara (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote) Your mission in the Program Management Office team: At TouchTunes, your work matters. The Program Management team drives cross- functional alignment, operational rigor, and predictable delivery across the organization. This team partners closely with Product, Design, Customer Experience (CX), Engineering, Hardware Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Licensing, Legal, and Music to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned, well-planned, and executed against defined milestones. Program Managers are responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept through launch, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes. The Senior Producer must be highly organized and a polished communicator who is willing and able to multi-task while effectively displaying ownership of large assignments. The role requires someone that can focus on both detail and the bigger picture. The Senior Producer must be able to accept an environment that is not always ordered and be the one to bring order to it. Your day-to-day: • Work with cross-functional teams across TouchTunes to gather goals, requirements, pain points, objectives, estimates, and any other details required to create end-to-end delivery plans • Outline critical path, identify major milestones, and document, mitigate, or escalate risks and blockers throughout the process to deliver programs on time with quality and on schedule • Manage ceremonies for assigned squad, product, team, or skillset; ensure standups, retrospectives, refinement, and backlog-grooming sessions are as productive as possible • Prepare timely communications, updates, and reports for relevant issues to ensure all interested parties are kept up to date on program status • Be the bridge and trusted liaison for multiple relationships; Product, Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Legal, CX, Operations, Hardware, Operators, and Management • Assist with testing, task and bug tracking and coordination with the Quality Assurance & Beta teams to ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved by product and design leadership as well as executive approvers because they deliver the expected and planned scope • Manage and escalate staffing issues, capacity issues, and skillset gaps to ensure they do not impact program delivery • Document and communicate key decisions that change timelines, scope, requirements, or architecture • Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems to ensure optimal outputs and synergies Your profile: • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience • Project Management certification or equivalent experience mastering delivery methodologies • 5+ years of experience working in technology companies supporting hardware and software teams • Experience with multiple development methodologies and processes, where they are most effective, and how they are best applied across complex organizations • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, and other project management tools is required • Ability to create PowerPoint, dashboards, plans, and other typical presentations • Capable of building competent reporting and preparing presentations for review for executive leadership • Experience in digital entertainment, music, games, or social platforms is highly desired • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Excellent project management and reporting skills, always acting with sensitivity and appropriate urgency regarding deadline-driven outcomes • Collaborative, team-oriented work style • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and potential ambiguity • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision and high expectations • Proactive approach to project management, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks before they become problems What’s in it for you: At TouchTunes, your work impacts our customers as part of interesting projects that transform the in-venue entertainment industry.
