Job Description

The Sr. HR Manager is responsible for leading and executing the human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring effective talent management, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and a strong company culture. About the Role Main Responsibilities - Lead and oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed. - Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning. - Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. - Support change management initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. - Oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Advanced English - 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior HR role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. - Experience in manufacturing, corporate, or multinational environments is a plus.
