DescriptionThis internship is responsible for assisting with financial statement analysis, recording accounting activities, and supporting financial reports. You will help ensure the organization complies with accounting principles, laws, and reporting requirementsKey Responsibilities- Assist with accurate and timely accounting records for group entities - Support monthly and annual compliance schedules and draft calculations - Help collect and calculate VAT refund requests - Provide support during internal and external audits - Assist with booking accounting records and reconciling trial balance accounts - Support electronic invoicing processes. - Help manage ERP/accounting systems like Oracle or SAP - Investigate and report accounting irregularitiesGeneral knowledge/competencies- Demonstrates CHRISTUS Core Values (Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship) in relationships and work - Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Compaq, Oracle, SAP) is a plus - Excel advanced - EnglishRequirementsEducation/Skills:- Bachelor's degree in public accounting (studying) - Strong math and problem-solving abilities. - Critical thinking and attention to detail.Experience- At least 1 years of experience in accounting (internship or related). - Familiarity with database tools. - Ability to learn industry regulations quickly.Please attach your resume when applying.
