Objective:Ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective problem-solving, customer interaction, and coordination of internal and external quality processes, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:- Direct attention to customer concerns, meetings, and reporting activities. - Provide quick and effective responses to quality-related issues. - Coordinate internal and external containment actions. - Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 8D’s, 7 Steps, Red X, and 5 Why’s.Position Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering. - Master’s degree is desirable. - Knowledge and application of Core Tools (FMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan). - Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D’s, 5 Why’s, and Red X. - Strong communication skills and experience in direct customer interaction. - Desirable: Knowledge of manufacturing processes for cylinder heads and engine blocks. - Advanced English proficiency.
