The ideal candidate will have hands-on battery storage experience with the ability to travel to customer sites as needed. *You must be in Guadalajara*Duties and Responsibilities:- Responding to technical support inquiries from clients (solar contractors and distributors) through multiple channels: phone calls, email, text messaging, CRM tickets, etc. - Providing design input on energy storage systems (LI batteries) and solar inverters for existing or new residential and commercial solar PV systems, including selecting the proper battery-based inverter and battery bank size - Working with a team of engineers and others who care deeply about advancing the role of lithium batteries in renewable applications within a fast-growing company with sizable market share - Testing new products with various battery-based inverters available on the market - Diagnosing field issues and feeding back pertinent information to the manufacturing quality organization - Developing installation manuals, guides, and training resources. - Supporting Product Manager on product development and improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Exposure to solar power or the battery industry - Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering field - Previous Solar, PV, or Inverter Installation experience required - NABCEP Certificate preferred - Attention to details and strong documentation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment - Goal focused, self-starter who can work independently - English language skills is mandatory - Ability to travel to customer sites as needed, up to 70%
