TCS is looking for a SuccessFactors ExpertWork modality: Hybrid(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)Job summary:- Conversational English (interviews will be conducted in this language) - Designing and implementing of end-to-end compensation cycles workflows and business rules. - Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Compensation solution - Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll. - Good to have experience in Variable Pay and R&R - Knowledge in Variable pay configurations - Able to integrate CDP with other modules of SF like RCM, PMGM - Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities. - Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA - Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed - Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes - Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates - Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures. - Provide service improvement suggestionsMain responsibilities:- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes - Good understanding of Compensation processes in global organization - Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. - Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors - Own and ensure the SAP SuccessFactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirementsWhat we offer to you:- 100% payroll under law - Direct contract - Benefits above lawTata Consultancy Services is an equal opportunity employer, our commitment to diversity & inclusion drives our efforts to provide equal opportunity to all candidates who meet our required knowledge & competency needs, irrespective of any socio-economic background, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity/expression , age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or any others.
