Position Overview: Are you a recent graduate with a passion for people, technology, and recruitment? We’re looking for a dynamic, vibrant, and English-proficient fresher to join our team as an IT Recruiter . This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in global IT recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a full recruitment life cycle. What You’ll Do: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT candidates for various technical roles. Learn and support the full recruitment life cycle process: from job posting and initial outreach to interviews and offer management. Understand and adapt to the Mexican job market and local hiring trends. Collaborate closely with recruitment leads and hiring managers to ensure hiring targets are met. Manage candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation. Provide an excellent candidate experience and communicate effectively in English (spoken and written). Who You Are: A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, IT, or a related field). Fluent in English (Advanced level – written and spoken). A quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Interested in developing a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Available to work in a hybrid model from our Guadalajara office.
