Executes maintenance plans; design, execution, and improvement of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in a timely manner. Coordinates work with service providers and management of parts and supplies inventory to ensure maintenance. Propose improvements in processes and procedures. Provide support for operational questions and requirements from support areas. Management of safety risks in processes and tools, including risk control through FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Supports the standardization of processes, procedures, and best practices for the Queru00e9taro site and management of these with other sites outside of Mexico. Manages projects from start to finish, as well as manage the project portfolio. **How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:** You have a bacheloru2019s degree or TSU in Aeronautical, Electric, Mechanical, Industrial or Electro-mechanics Engineering. You have 1 to 3 years of experience performing maintenance in metal mechanic structures and tooling.
