This key position involves providing comprehensive customer service, overseeing the selection and delivery of vehicles, maintaining accurate administration, and generating periodic reports. Additionally, you will work closely with various internal departments to continuously improve processes and ensure compliance with established policies.Your deliverables will be:Employee Support and Service: Provide direct support to employees regarding car acquisition, ensuring a satisfactory experience.Car Selection and Delivery Follow-up: Oversee the processes of car selection, assignment, and delivery to employees, ensuring deadlines and policies are met.Administration and Reporting: Maintain an updated database of assigned cars, ensuring accurate documentation and administrative control.Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience related to cars.Car Follow-up: Coordinate the relationship with C&S, ensuring compliance with established terms and conditions.Our ideal candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business or Related field.+1-2 years of experience in roles related to employee service and corporate fleet or car administration.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).#The best Airline to work for!98% of our Viva team feels proud to be part of this journey.
