GDL Connect is looking for aLoan processor We are a US company with a Nearshore operation in Guadalajara, Mexico, specializing in Mortgage, Real Estate, Insurance, and other business solutions with over 15 years of experience in the industry.This role plays a critical function in our loan fulfillment pipeline, working closely with U.S.-based Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Capital Markets, and Post-Closing teams to ensure smooth and timely loan closings. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in U.S. mortgage or title documentation, thrives in a remote setting, and has exceptional organizational skills.Key Responsibilities: Borrower Onboarding & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers during processing Request, collect, and review borrower documents for accuracy and completeness Provide timely status updates and respond to borrower inquiries Maintain a professional tone in all written and verbal communication (email, phone, Teams) Loan File Management Build and manage accurate loan files from initial submission through closingRequirements: Bachelor completed or truncated / High school completed. Excellent handling of 90-100% English Experience as a back office or administrative assistant. Availability of full shift schedule. Analytical. Great communication skills.We offer: Base Salary $18,000-$20,000. (Variates on experience). Attendance Bonus. Grocery Bonus. Free weekend.
