This role is ideal for an individual with strong sales acumen, healthcare industry experience, and a passion for driving growth in surgical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth within the assigned territory. - Achieve sales targets and objectives for wound closure and endo surgery products. - Identify and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare professionals. - Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. - Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review. - Conduct regular customer visits and participate in industry events, conferences, and training programs.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in medical device sales, in wound closure, endo surgery selling sutures, staplers, mesh etc. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. - Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for career growth and professional development. - A collaborative and dynamic work environment. - Comprehensive training on innovative surgical solutions.
