We pride ourselves on teamwork, collaboration, and growth-driven success.What You Will Do:Lead on-site visits with importers across Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean.Secure claim recognition, creating and implementing tailored recovery and settlement strategies.Tackle non-payment issues, resolving disputes through strategic negotiation and investigation.Gather crucial evidence and work alongside shipping agencies and customs to uncover key import details.Your Qualifications:Fluent in English (both written and spoken).A degree in law, international commerce, or a related field.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to drive successful resolutions.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and investigations.Experience in international trade, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), or collections is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: MXN 15,000.00 to MXN 25,000.00, based on your experience and qualifications.Career Growth: Join a company committed to your professional development.
