Meztal is looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us identify top-tier talent across the hospitality and hotel sectors in the U.S. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong pipelines of passive candidates and supporting our clients’ hiring needs across the country.We are seeking someone who thrives on creative sourcing, has a deep understanding of the U.S. talent market, and enjoys exploring non-traditional ways of finding exceptional professionals in foodservice, hospitality, and facility management roles. This is a remote position with nationwide sourcing responsibilities.Key Responsibilities- Source and engage high-quality talent within the U.S. hospitality and hotel industries. - Build strategic pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media mining, talent databases, and market mapping. - Conduct deep talent and market research to support proactive sourcing strategies. - Create compelling and personalized outreach to engage passive candidates. - Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing priorities. - Contribute to building diverse talent pools through inclusive sourcing strategies and referral campaigns. - Track sourcing metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to the recruitment team. - Stay up to date on U.S. labor market trends and candidate behavior in the hospitality space.Requirements- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, with a focus on U.S. markets. - Proven experience sourcing passive talent, especially in hospitality, foodservice, or hotel operations. - Demonstrated experience managing high-volume sourcing efforts in fast-paced environments. - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). - Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, SeekOut, Gem, and others. - Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple roles and priorities. - Ability to build trust and interest through customized and thoughtful candidate outreach. - Experience in tracking sourcing performance and adjusting strategies as needed. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Nice to Have- Previous experience sourcing for roles like chefs, general managers, hotel staff, facility leads, or service-oriented roles. - Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring. - Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or international recruitment agencies. - Creative approach to talent sourcing and candidate engagement.Benefits- Monthly gross salary: 20K-30K MXN- Christmas Bonus: 30 days, to be paid in December. - Major Medical Expense Insurance: Coverage up to $20,000,000.00 MXN. - Minor Medical Insurance: VRIM membership with special discounts on doctor’s appointments and accident reimbursements. - Dental Insurance: Always smile with confidence! - Life Insurance: (Death and MXN Disability) - Vacation Days: 12 vacation days in accordance with Federal Labor Law, with prior approval from your manager. + 3 floating holidays in addition to the 7 official holidays in Mexico. - Cell Phone Reimbursement & Transportation Subsidy. - Hybrid Scheme: Enjoy the best of both worlds, remote and in-office work.
