With over 25 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.**Responsibilities**:- Management of daily activities in the project- Monitoring of timeline, scope (estimated and spent), and budget- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders- Analysis of project risks and dependencies along with their resolution- Working with account profitability- People management**Requirements**:- 5+ years of successful IT project management experience- Technical background- Experience in pre-sales and preparing commercial proposals- Experience in managing all stages of the IT project life cycle- Experience with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships- Ability to identify and promote new opportunities within an account- Experience with mentoring and leading other project managers- Skills of employee management: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution- Skills working with clients: analysis and expectation management, feedback gathering, discussing requirements- Experience with teams of over 30 people- Confidence in communicating and working with people- Advanced level or higher in spoken and written English
