The client is in the middle of a Stibo Implementation (using Stibo's implementation team to get up and running). The client is anticipating adding resources before the implementation is complete to help complete and continue the process. --------------------------------------------------------- We are expecting the team to be in need of a hybrid Solutions Architect/Data Steward with established Stibo Step experience. Responsibilities: Design and implement the overall MDM architecture, ensuring that master data is accurately represented, stored, and managed across the organization. Oversee and manage key master data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives. Serve as a bridge between departments to ensure uniform data governance practices throughout the organization. Assess and refine current data governance processes to improve data quality and ensure compliance. Work with technical teams to establish and maintain data migration plans for transitioning data into new systems or platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data management or data governance role. Strong background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Proficiency in Stibo STEP system and Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). Experience with SAP and Alation systems. Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and governance discussions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
