YOUR TASKS Job Objective Planning, controlling, and monitoring all maintenance activities related to production equipment at the location to achieve key KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations. Develop and implement systematic approaches to improve the location's competitiveness, including TOM (time-optimized maintenance) workshops, and establish the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system to meet HELLA requirements. Duties and Responsibilities A. Maintenance Management Organize the maintenance department's structure regarding staffing, employee development, and technical knowledge. Train employees on maintenance methodologies and processes for corrective and preventive maintenance. Develop and support autonomous maintenance concepts within the location. Manage spare parts inventory and control. Support TPM activities, including Six Sigma projects, with feedback and recommendations. Participate in sourcing new equipment to ensure TPM standards are met. Plan and supervise maintenance activities to improve system availability and reduce costs. Implement measures to enhance location competitiveness, such as TOM workshops and Kaizen activities. Collaborate with OPEI managers, TPM roadmap teams, and quality teams to ensure maintenance aligns with overall company standards. Ensure maintenance activities meet location-specific needs regarding expertise, availability, shifts, and spare parts. Plan the maintenance activities for the fiscal year. B. Leadership Deploy employees according to their qualifications and support their development. Guide and support employees in their roles to ensure target achievement. Maintain team performance, evaluate staff, and support qualification needs. Qualifications Target Competencies: Intermediate SAP skills Knowledge of hydraulic maintenance and drawing interpretation Experience handling tonnage weights from 350 to 2,700 tons Experience with robotics and automation Strong problem-solving skills Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar roles, with a Bachelor's degree or engineering qualification. Advanced English skills are required.
