We're a great team looking for a motivated individual to provide crucial support to our busy Maintenance department. Job Summary: Block Realty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our property maintenance processes. You will be the central point of contact for work orders, vendor dispatch, and communication with both property owners and tenants. This role requires a strong understanding of property maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full understanding of the life cycle of a work order. Deep and solid understanding of property maintenance for both vendor and in-house operations. Proven ability to manage the dispatching of vendors or in-house technicians effectively. Excellent proficiency in owner and tenant communication, both written and verbal. Resourceful and self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluent in English. Previous experience(1+ year) working for a US Single-Family Rental (SFR) property management company. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HOA maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus. Prior experience managing people or processes is highly desirable. Are you ready for a quick interview?
