We are seeking a highly motivated People Business Partner with a strong background in employee relations and coaching to support our expanding team. This role acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace issues, fostering a positive environment, and aligning with company priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, coaching, and partnering with business units to enhance engagement and performance. Functional Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair resolution. Provide coaching on skill development, career pathing, change management, and sensitive situations. Conduct investigations related to workplace concerns or policy violations. Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary actions. Promote a positive work culture by addressing concerns proactively. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Offer one-on-one coaching to managers and employees to improve leadership and team effectiveness. Support leaders in difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Guide managers on fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Collaborate with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze engagement and retention trends to develop proactive solutions. Partner on change management and workforce planning initiatives. Implement HR programs and initiatives in line with company objectives. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends to inform recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and coaching. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Experience with mid-size and large organizations (preferred). Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and influence across all levels. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-directed with the ability to handle several projects concurrently. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
