Responsible for the store's business goal management, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operational goals;Team management and training; 3. Responsible for store operation team management and training, formulate and implement training plans, and improve the overall quality and service level of the team; 4. Responsible for the full process management and quality management of store goods; 5.
