Remote Executive Assistant (Full-Time | CST Time Zone Preferred) Location: Remote — Must be available during Central Standard Time (CST) working hours Position Type: Full-Time Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written About the Opportunity: I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to myself across multiple growing businesses. This role is a full-time, remote position, with working hours aligned to Central Standard Time (CST). The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner in managing communications, coordinating projects, supporting internal operations, and ensuring that daily priorities are met with precision and efficiency. This is a high-trust, high-impact role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Communication Management: Manage and prioritize my email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups Draft, review, and send communications on my behalf to clients, vendors, and partners Manage communication flow with internal team members, ensuring clarity, follow-up, and accountability Serve as the first point of contact for incoming messages across multiple channels (email, Slack, DMs, etc.) Calendar and Scheduling Management: Maintain and organize my calendar, proactively scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are prepared and confirmed Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines, and events to optimize scheduling Project and Task Management: Track and manage my personal and business task lists Organize project timelines and follow up with responsible team members Support project execution by ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met Prepare agendas, take notes, and manage action items from leadership and team meetings Operational and Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding coordination and payroll support Conduct research and compile information for special projects Prepare reports, summaries, and presentation materials as needed Coordinate business travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries Process and Workflow Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency Develop and maintain tracking systems for key tasks, projects, and communications Create streamlined processes to minimize inefficiencies Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur (remote experience preferred) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Superior written and verbal communication abilities Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs without constant supervision Highly skilled at managing and streamlining communication with multiple stakeholders Strong technology proficiency (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp/Trello/Asana, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency What Success in This Role Looks Like: Communications are clear, professional, and well-managed My calendar and schedule are strategically organized to maximize efficiency My task lists are prioritized, managed, and actioned effectively Projects and initiatives move forward consistently without the need for micromanagement The internal team remains aligned, with strong follow-up and accountability across departments I am able to focus on strategic initiatives, confident that operational and communication needs are being expertly handled Why This Role is Unique: Direct, daily collaboration with a senior executive — visible and impactful role Opportunity to play a critical role in growing, fast-paced businesses Exposure to entrepreneurial operations, leadership strategy, and project execution Long-term opportunity with career growth potential Remote work flexibility while maintaining a high level of professional engagement Competitive compensation based on skills and experience How to Apply: Please submit the following: A short written introduction about yourself and your experience (plus your resume or LinkedIn profile) A 1–2 minute video introducing yourself.
