Production Technical Engineer Location: Vesta Park Querétaro, Colón, Querétaro, Mexico Department: Production Work Mode: On-site About the Role We are looking for a Maintenance & Production Engineer to ensure the optimal operation of our manufacturing equipment, minimizing downtime and increasing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the operation, maintenance, daily inspection, safety supervision, and record-keeping of production equipment and facilities. Provide technical support for the implementation of workshop-level 1 maintenance plans and execute & document level 2 maintenance plans. Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and trial runs, recording and reporting trial operation results. Manage the inventory of spare parts and wear-prone components. Conduct regular insulation and grounding resistance tests on equipment and power tools, maintaining proper records. Assist in equipment measurement within the workshop. Train and supervise personnel in specialized workshop positions. Serve as the technical liaison for equipment-related issues with suppliers. Additional Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external departments to fulfill job-related duties. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications & Skills Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance. Languages: Advanced English.
