Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership, driving automation projects within Agile frameworks.Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and formulate automation strategies leveraging the UiPath product suite.Monitor industry advancements in Intelligent Automation and craft adoption strategies to maintain competitive edge.Define architectural guidelines and oversee execution plans for achieving solution-focused outcomes.Establish and manage technical infrastructure requirements for automation deployment while adhering to IT security standards.Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate solution roadmaps and implementation strategies.Address technical challenges and mitigate risks to ensure timely project completion.Maintain detailed documentation of automated systems and processes.Optimize automation performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and enhance functionalities.Support Operations leadership in issue escalation and resolution to meet SLA commitments.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in engineering or technical fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management Systems) with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of progressive experience delivering projects using UiPath.Proven expertise as an RPA platform architect with comprehensive knowledge of RPA concepts and methodologies.Experience in regulated Medical Device environments is preferred.Proficiency in RPA architecture and methodologies, ideally within the Medical Device manufacturing industry.Strong technical project management capabilities.Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms such as ABBYY Vantage, FlexiCapture, AWS Textract, or UiPath Document Understanding.UiPath or equivalent RPA platform certifications are advantageous.Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.Understanding of FDA regulations for Software Quality and Systems Validation is essential.Preferred SkillsAdvanced proficiency in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate and Apps.Commitment to organizational policies, including health, safety, and environmental measures.Fluency in programming languages such as .NET (C#, VB), Python, and PowerShell.Strong foundation in relational databases and IT infrastructure.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.In-depth understanding of the healthcare or medical device sectors is an asset.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices (GxP).Experience navigating FDA regulations for Software Quality and System Validations.Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise information systems across business functions.Insights into complex global business operations.
