Job Title

Position: Junior Graphic DesignerLocation: San Jeronimo, NLSchedule: Hybrid - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site) and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote).**Responsibilities**:- Develop visual concepts aligned with the brand's communication strategies.- Design graphic materials for digital platforms (posts, stories, banners) and printed materials (flyers, invitations, etc.).- Collaborate in the creation and adaptation of visual identities and branding.- Assist in conceptualizing corporate presentations aligned with visual identities.- Create basic animations for social media and digital content.- Elevate the craft of our creative ideas, ensuring quality and innovation in every project.- Actively participate in the development of creative campaigns alongside the marketing team.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (basic knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere is a plus).- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written, C1 level).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.- Creativity, proactivity, and adaptability to current graphic trends.- Excellent spelling and writing skills in both English and Spanish.What We Offer:- Competitive salary: $12,000 - $14,000 MXN per month, based on experience and skills.- Legal benefits and growth opportunities.- Hybrid work schedule:- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site)- Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote)- Collaborative and creative work environment.How to Apply:Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
