Your JobPerform preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance with quality in machines and tooling's Molex, keep the production lines running in stable way, is responsible for downtime, productivity, performance of the production lines under his charge, spare parts request for machines and tooling's, keep your lines within the 5s methodology, domain in the interpretation of electrical and schematic diagrams as well as knowledge of diagnostic tools.Our TeamAccountable in providing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to support production lines.What You Will Do- Keep the machines running stably.- Solve problems that affect the production line.- Maintain attrition and scrap levels as established by the company- Request spare parts for assigned equipment- Responsible for the downtime, productivity and yield of the machines under his charge.- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with quality, according to the procedures established by the company.- Speed and agility in external and internal customer requirementsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications )- 2-3 years of experience in this position.- Interpretation of electrical and schematics diagrams- Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, amperemeter, vernier.- Technical knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics.- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in equipment's of SMT, BKN, Plastic injection machines, high and low pressure molding, laser marking and cutting machines, compressors, Air-conditioning, ABC Robot.What Will Put You Ahead- Able to keep learning, teamworking, excellent communication.- knowledge in advanced excel, problem solving techniques.Who We AreA s a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to -data communications.
