Danone is seeking a highly experienced Senior Routing Manager to lead its most critical secondary distribution initiative. This role will be accountable for the strategic design, execution, and optimization of delivery routes for the company’s largest transportation project, with a direct impact on fleet rotation, capex efficiency, and freight cost reduction. The role requires strong leadership and implementation capabilities, as well as the ability to influence cross-functional teams, particularly the commercial function, to ensure alignment and sustainable performance. About you Degrees related to Engineering, Finance, Business, or Administration (preferred) Mobility availability Advanced English proficiency Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools to drive insight-based decisions Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or transport operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale routing or delivery optimization projects Proven track record in managing dynamic secondary distribution networks in FMCG, retail, especially in e-commerce or courier experience Demonstrated success in freight cost reduction, route redesign, and fleet performance initiatives, ideally within regional or multi-country operations Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, planning, and customer service teams Experience in financial, budgeting, and resource allocation matters (required) Knowledge of Industrial Safety, Food Safety, and ISO Standards (preferred) Strong command of route optimization tools and transportation management systems (TMS) or dynamic routing; experience with software like Paragon, ORTEC, SAP TM, or equivalent Knowledge of CapEx planning, fleet lifecycle management, and unit rotation strategies Expertise in performance measurement using logistics KPIs (e.g., cost per delivery, truck fill rate, route adherence, CO₂ per delivery) Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (DOT, EHS, labor laws) in logistics and transportation About Danone At Danone, we work to make a vision a reality: 'One Planet, One Health'.
