Monitors process results and makes necessary adjustments to meet customer requirements. Job Description: Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Responsible for setting a daily production plan to achieve safety, quality, and production goals; supervises employee work to ensure performance, productivity, and skills. Detects area needs. Leads improvement projects. Coordinates and leads cell production meetings. Performs other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: Advanced English. Experience in project development at SBU Level. Experience in decision-making at Program Level. Experience in developing strategies aligning cross-functional teams. Project Management skills. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP. People skills, teamwork, communication skills. Experience in new process line development.
