Responsibilities- Oversee and direct all aspects of luxury hotel operations, ensuring a world-class guest experience and seamless service delivery. - Lead cross-functional teams including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, engineering, and guest relations with a focus on excellence. - Implement brand standards and service protocols tailored to the luxury segment, consistently exceeding guest expectations. - Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy, and optimize operational performance. - Cultivate a high-performance leadership culture through mentorship, training, and talent development. - Manage budgets, financial reporting, P&L oversight, and cost control strategies to achieve profitability targets. - Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards, safety regulations, and local labor laws. - Maintain strong relationships with international guests, VIP clients, luxury travel partners, and high-end vendors. - Act as the face of the property, embodying the values of the brand and enhancing the hotel's global reputation.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of senior hotel management experience in the international luxury hospitality sector. - Proven track record leading five-star hotel or resort operations with global exposure. - Deep understanding of luxury guest service standards, cultural sensitivity, and international clientele expectations. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on and strategic mindset. - Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management. - Proficiency in leading hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM); experience with Opera, Mews, or similar platforms is a plus. - Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin are a plus.
