Job Description General Superintendent of warehouse has overall responsibility for the materials and FGs areas and all warehouse operations. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities in receiving, supplying, and shipping, maintaining inventory control, following FIFO rules, achieving KPIs targets in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost-Budget, fulfillment, and delivery. Establishment, leadership, and execution of strategies to assure production continuity. Activities Responsible for all procedures, work instructions, and documentation related to warehouses are followed 100% Evaluate and improve supply activities between warehouses and production lines-process Responsible for keeping inventory accuracy above 90%. Assure to maintain FIFO 100% Responsible for completing 100% cycle counts schedule and analysis of variations Actively participate in activities related to new projects, preparation of new lines, and the routes to supply material and storage materials and FGs No downtime by material supply from warehouse Participate and support quality, safety, and environmental goals related to warehouses. Daily administration and operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging, and storage of suppliers, materials, and equipment. Account for all materials and supplies in warehouses. Periodical audits of goods received. Coach and mentor team members in all activities related to Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, safety, and protection of equipment and racks. Qualifications University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years suggested minimum experience in materials areas English 70% Desirable knowledge of inventory management, ERP-MRPs systems. Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology is a plus.
