We don’t just build brands—we manufacture momentum.Position Overview: We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager with deep experience in global manufacturing workflows to oversee production and logistics initiatives across our growing beauty portfolio. You’ll lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution—coordinating daily with our Supply Chain Manager, managing vendor timelines, and ensuring products move seamlessly through production and shipping. This role is key to ensuring that the company’s high standards are met as we manufacture beauty products in the USA, Asia, and Europe, and sell in the U.S., EU,Canada, and Mexico. Your ability to navigate complex supply chains, build repeatable systems, and lead cross-border teams will directly impact our growth trajectory. We operate in a fast-paced, high-output environment—so a global mindset, sharp organization, and a “many hats” mentality are a must.Responsibilities:● Production Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams on high-volume production and facility improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This includes managing projects across the global manufacturing network in the USA, Asia, and Europe.● Process Optimization: Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality issues. Develop and implement scalable solutions. Continuously evaluate global vendor performance and operational workflows to support multi-regionscaling.● Resource Coordination: Manage scheduling, labor allocation, and equipment needs for project execution. Ensure alignment with supply chain, procurement, and inventory plans. Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure synchronized global production timelines.● Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and KPIs to track project health, drive improvements, and support long-term strategic planning. Maintain reporting dashboards using ClickUp and collaborate with leadership to align project insights with broader brand goals.● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, engineers, quality control, and logistics to align deliverables and maintain open communication. Regularly communicate with external manufacturers, shipping agencies, and customs partners across multiple countries.● Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP). Maintain detailed records, SOPs, and change logs. Oversee documentation across international production, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards including FDA (U.S.), EU Cosmetics Regulation, and Health Canada.● Agility & Scalability: Design systems that scale with growth and can pivot to meet shifting production demands. Support the rapid scaling of new brand launches and international fulfillment across the U.S., EU, Canada, and Mexico.● Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption to timelines and quality. Monitor shipping and customs risks, and proactively address geopolitical or regulatory disruptions across regions.Requirements Ideal Candidate:● Beauty Industry Experience: 3–5 years managing production and product launch timelines for beauty brands.● Global Supply Chain Exposure: Hands-on experience managing vendors in the USA, Asia, and Europe, and understanding of international logistics.● Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using ClickUp for task tracking, timeline management, and team collaboration.● High Output Mentality: Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects across different time zones and product categories.● Communication Clarity: Able to translate technical production updates into clear, actionable direction for cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:● Familiarity with contract manufacturers, freight forwarders, and customs processes● Experience working with FDA, EU Cosmetic Regulation, or other regulatory frameworks● Understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles● Experience managing complex timelines or production pipelines across multiple vendors and regions● Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Shopify, Google Workspace, and basic ERP or inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, Katana, or similar)● Lean or Six Sigma training is a plusRequired Qualifications:● 3–5 years of project management experience in CPG manufacturing and beauty industry operations● Experience coordinating across the supply chain, operations, and production vendors● Strong documentation and timeline management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
