About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our LATAM Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both corporate recruiting and agency recruiting, with a strong ability to identify and attract top technical talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of technical hiring, and enjoys collaborating with hiring managers to attract the right talent. What will make you successful in this role? Strong Technical Acumen - You don’t need to code, but you understand enough about software engineering, AI, and data roles to engage with candidates effectively and assess their fit for our team Proactive & Resourceful - You don’t wait for the perfect candidate to apply—you actively seek them out. You leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking, etc.) to build strong pipelines Relationship Builder - You excel at building trust with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and creating a seamless recruitment process Results-Driven - You’re motivated by hiring goals and work efficiently to move candidates through the pipeline while maintaining quality. You track key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the process Agile & Adaptable - You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities may shift. You can manage multiple roles and adjust strategies as needed Data-Driven Decision Making - You use insights from recruitment metrics to refine strategies, improve processes, and make hiring more efficient Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting. Exposure to both corporate and agency recruiting environments is highly preferred Strong understanding of software engineering, data science, cloud technologies, and other technical roles Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring a great candidate experience Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, Lever) and recruitment tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and speed Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques Experience working with global teams is a plus Fusemachines is an Equal Opportunities Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
