The successful candidate will oversee driver-demand balance, build strategic partnerships, and optimize fleet performance through data-driven insights. This role drives key initiatives—from recruitment and retention programs to competitive market analysis—while collaborating cross-functionally with HQ and local teams on campaigns and operational improvements.
