The successful candidate will oversee driver-demand balance, build strategic partnerships, and optimize fleet performance through data-driven insights. This role drives key initiatives—from recruitment and retention programs to competitive market analysis—while collaborating cross-functionally with HQ and local teams on campaigns and operational improvements. With a hands-on approach, the position includes field work for offline initiatives and supports expansion through domestic travel.Note: ONLY CVs in English will be consideredWhat you will do:Oversee and manage driver supply in the local market to ensure a healthy balance between demand and availabilityIdentify, build, and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen driver engagement, retention, and market positioning¡Lead fleet-related projects, including expansion planning, operational optimization, and exclusivity programs¡Analyze driver app usage and performance to generate insights that support product enhancements and operational improvementsCollaborate with HQ teams to execute local digital campaigns, acquisition strategies, and incentive programsDesign and implement initiatives to improve driver retention, streamline recruitment efforts, and enhance the registration processMonitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively adjust local strategiesManage and mentor a direct report in a supervisor role to ensure daily operational excellence and cross-team collaborationLeverage data to monitor market performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision makingRequirements:4 to 5 years of experience in operations or a business-related role, preferably within the ride-hailing or delivery industriesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendationsExperience managing driver supply, fleet operations, or external partnershipsProven ability to break down complex business challenges, prioritize tasks, and deliver measurable resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsComfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with cross-functional collaborationProficiency in Excel is required for analyzing trends and producing clear reports; knowledge of SQL is a plusExperience in business development and identifying new growth opportunities within the mobility ecosystemHands-on approach with comfort working in the field, especially for offline recruitment initiativesOpen to travel up to 20 percent within the country to support local operations and expansionEnglish proficiency is a must.We offer:Be part of a growing and innovative company with a unique approach to ride-hailing and Fintech solutionsEnjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment where new ideas and perspectives are encouraged and valuedCompetitive salary as a full-time employeeMedical insuranceHybrid/remote work
