***JUST CANDIDATES LOCATED IN MEXICALI***Responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of all facilities while implementing a world-class preventive maintenance program. Coordinate with various departments to maintain operational efficiency and support improvement projects.Responsibilities:• Oversee the maintenance of all Building III facilities to ensure zero downtime.• Prioritize safety and well-maintained electrical building facilities.• Implement a preventive maintenance plan for building facilities and support automation teams with effective plans for manufacturing machinery.• Control inventory of spare parts, ensuring accuracy and managing excess.• Standardize best practices for maintenance operations.• Support business units with building improvement projects and new manufacturing equipment installations.• Identify cost reduction opportunities in building and machinery expenses.• Coordinate maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, hydraulic, and fire protection systems.• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers in accordance with company policies.What You Need to Join Our Team:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a related role.• Proficient in English.• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.• Strong problem-solving skills.• Six Sigma certification.• Experience in people management.• Willingness to travel.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.• Familiarity with pneumatic installations and clean rooms.• Ability to work with suppliers and contractors effectively.If you meet the requirements and are ready for the challenge, we invite you to apply!We look forward to meeting you soon and having you join our team to achieve new goals together!
