Job Overview: As a Sales Executive in Land Transportation, you will play a key role in driving new business, developing solutions for customers, and managing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, particularly within the logistics and supply chain industry. By positioning DB Schenker’s land transportation services, you will contribute to the expansion of our product offerings in new markets and help maintain long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Prospect new clients within the logistics and supply chain industries, focusing on the specific branch assigned to you. Market Research: Assess business potential, timelines, and resources required to meet customer needs. Product Positioning: Create favorable conditions to position DB Schenker’s land transportation products in the market, particularly when developing new routes. Customer Solutions: Identify and close business opportunities by designing customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Client Retention & Growth: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, introducing cross-selling strategies, new services, or complementing existing offerings. Gross Profit Targets: Achieve defined Gross Profit levels set by the Land Transportation Product Management team. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, and supply chain industries. Proven experience in land transportation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team. Results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic. Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Logistics, Business Administration, or a related area (preferably with professional certification). Advanced English skills (oral, written, and reading).
