Role Overview Lead product development and manage the quote-to-cash operational process for international services. Work closely with Engineering, Presales, Marketing, and Sales teams to define product requirements and collaborate with in-country technical teams to develop and launch solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Development Develop technical documentation, commercial presentations, and use cases. Coordinate product roadmap implementation across international operations. Define and update homologation requirements for testing services across platforms, providers, and vendors. Collaborate with global teams to define, bundle, and manage as-a-Service strategies for Connectivity, Collaboration, Cloud, and Security solutions. Support BSS/OSS activities for new and updated services. Program Management Evaluate programs by analyzing objectives, identifying stakeholders, and assessing technical feasibility. Develop programs by defining requirements, aligning goals, setting schedules, and ensuring proactive communication. Track projects by overseeing documentation, monitoring task completion, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in technical product management for Telecom & IT in international markets. Technical Expertise IoT & Communications: Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, MS Teams, Voice integration. Cybersecurity: SASE, Managed Perimeter Security, MDRs, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing. Connectivity & Cloud: SD-WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, Internet, Cloud Connect. Soft Skills: Team building, communication, outcome-driven mindset, and strong program management. Languages: Fluency in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
