Business Insights Lead ManagerThis is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment of performance metrics with business objectives, and leading the development and implementation of performance management frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable results.Responsibilities- Drive the team strategy aligned to the end market objectives. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and connect individual performance metrics to organizational goals. - Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. - Data Analytics: Expertise in using data and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python AI/ML solutions) to generate actionable insights. - Change Management: Skilled in implementing change initiatives that improve organizational performance. - Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels effectively. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify solutions and drive decision-making. - Standardize processes and methodologies across different categories - Revamp & maintain pricing forecast dashboard by different metrices e.g., key accounts, states, chains etc.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). - Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. - Fluent in English, written and spoken . - Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written, to have the appropriate level of interaction with stakeholders with required follow ups. - Effectively engage stakeholders while being geographically away. - Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams. - Expertise in leveraging technology to optimize performance processes and insights. - Evidence of driving impactful, data-informed business decisions. - Commercial acumen and Capacity for innovation. - Ability to work under minimal supervision; must be a self-starter.
