This work, as well as our efforts regarding sustainability, have led us to earn B Corp, Fair Trade, and EFI certifications.Main Purpose: Sell all commodity product offered for sale to select market base at "best" price.Position Requirements:Bachelor´s required in Business administration, marketing, communications or a related field. (Master´s preferred).English required.Experience:Minimum of 5 years direct commodity sales of produce varietals (tomato sales experience).5 years B2B sales experience4 years in leadership sales positionKnowledge and Technical Requirements Microsoft OfficeIn-depth understanding of the sales administration processAbility to work on system platforms.Key Job Accountabilities:Create strong relationships with current and new customers.Be an expert o changing market pricing, historical pricing trends, and growing regions of greenhouse grown products.Develop a sales call plan to drive the business to achieve optimal sales price and volume.Accurately forecast demand and measure market conditions by week.Provide quarterly recap of sales volume and revenue for commodity market by varietal.Analyze and promote sustainable practices associated with their area, improve existing ones if possible, and attend to new proposals associated with sustainability linked to the area, its collaborators or its operations.Location:The ideal candidate will reside in the northern part of the state across the U.S.-Mexico border: Nogales, Sonora.Special Conditions:Schedule: Monday to Friday And availability some weekends.NatureSweet’s purpose as a company is to transform the lives of millions of agricultural workers in North America through a profitable business model that encourages other companies to replicate.
