Responsibilities- Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and lead efficient recruitment processes. - Ensure all employee records are accurate and compliant with local labor laws and internal policies. - Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote organizational culture. - Advise leadership on HR matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations. - Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave tracking in collaboration with finance. - Support legal compliance in workplace practices, safety standards, and employee documentation. - Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decisions. - Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in fast-paced or service-oriented industries. - In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices in [país o región]. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams. - Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bilingual (Spanish/English)
