Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Performance QA Lead to oversee and execute performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and NeoLoad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, stability, and performance of critical applications under various load conditions. The role involves working closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-performing software systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies for web and enterprise applications.Lead performance testing efforts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad tools.Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and tuning opportunities.Create and maintain performance test scripts, scenarios, and data sets.Monitor and benchmark application performance using APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.Define SLAs and KPIs for performance tests and ensure adherence.Mentor junior QA engineers and manage performance testing deliverables.Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5–8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.Expertise in LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis) and NeoLoad.Strong scripting skills in C, JavaScript, or Groovy (depending on tools used).Experience with protocol-level testing (Web, HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, etc.).Solid understanding of performance testing types: load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing in cloud environments.Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and leadership skills.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) and query optimization.Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Certification in LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Performance Engineering.Knowledge of performance testing for mobile and APIs.
