Inter-Con remains 100% family-owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high-requirement security solutions.Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters.Job Summary:The Fleet Analyst is responsible for procurement, maintenance, distribution and records of all Inter-Con Security fleet vehicles to the proper operation of various security contracts.Primary Responsibilities- Responsible for the control, inspection, and inventory accountability of all Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. vehicles and related equipment in the USA. - Perform daily, weekly and quarterly inventory control of all vehicles. - Issuing and receiving vehicles per Operations Manager/Watch Commander/Procurement and Logistics Lead request. - Responsible for ordering new vehicles with established vendor relationships. - Monitor Driver Safety scores to manage and report on bi-weekly basis. - Manage all vehicle insurance claims. - Coordinate rental vehicles reservation for various contracts. - Oversee all vendor relationships including but not limited to body shops, car washes, mechanics, fleet telematics providers, etc. - Track all vehicle expenses accordingly and provide reporting - Coordinate fuel cards issuance and retrieval, as well as fuel pins. - Complete administrative duties such as approving invoices, updating forms and maintenance calendar. - Assist Procurement and Logistics Lead and Manager with projects and deadlines such as new and closing contracts. - Other duties as assigned by the Procurement and Logistics Lead and/or Manager.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree from a Regionally Accredited University; OR at least 3-year experience in Fleet gained from the military, retail, or other related setting. - High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Geotab and/or any other Telematics systems. - Experience in creating, optimizing, and implementing processes - Strong organizational and multitasking ability; strong time management and prioritization skills. - Excellent customer focus and collaboration skills; experience working with internal service teams and customers is a plus.Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups.
