This position reports to OMA’s Investor Relations Officer within the Investor Relations, Financial Planning, and ESG Reporting department.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and prepare all period-end and budget-related financial reporting activities under IFRS, including the preparation of budgets and budgeted financial statements, ensuring timely submission to meet reporting deadlines. - Develop and present budget analyses, as well as other departmental presentations, for VINCI Airports’ Head Office (a subsidiary of VINCI Group) and manage follow-ups as required. - Conduct detailed analytical reviews, including variance analysis on quarterly results, to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and relevance in reporting. - Prepare documentation and supporting materials for statutory accounts, external audits, and Head Office reviews in France. - Manage financial databases and map account balances between OMA and VINCI’s consolidation standards, ensuring consistency with reporting requirements. - Report financial and non-financial information through the various VINCI Head Office platforms as required. - Collaborate with Accounting and Consolidation teams in Mexico (OMA) and France (VINCI) to resolve issues and communicate procedural updates. - Assist in the reporting of intercompany transactions, tax, and fixed assets as needed. - Facilitate communication between OMA and the VINCI Airports team in France, reporting directly to the VINCI Airports’ Head Office.Skills Required:- Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and attention to detail. - Solid understanding of IFRS, and accounting principles. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with all management levels. - Knowledge of SAP for financial reporting, consolidation, and account mapping purposes. - Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. - Excellent multitasking abilities, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.Experience & Qualifications:- 1 year of relevant experience. - Full proficiency in English (verbal and written), as it is the primary working language. - Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy. - Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Power BI). - Solid knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and interpretation. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent.
