The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, an understanding of the industrial sector, and a passion for finding the right people for the right roles.If you're eager to make a meaningful impact in a global, growth-driven company, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join an innovative team at the heart of ArcelorMittal Mexico.Main Areas of Responsibility:- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and extending offers. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with team objectives. - Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify high-quality candidates. Build a strong network of potential candidates for current and future openings. - Employer Branding: Represent ArcelorMittal Mexico as an employer of choice by ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting our corporate culture and values. - Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors. - Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. - Proactivity & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail. - Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.Why Join ArcelorMittal Mexico?At ArcelorMittal, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our workforce and contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading steel companies.
