Indovinya is committed to innovation and sustainability, with multiple facilities in Mexico, including Coatzacoalcos and Querétaro.About the RoleAccountable for ensuring regulatory compliance of Indovinya’ s products commercialized in North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) according to regulations related to chemical registration and application of use (e.g., FDA, FIFRA). Oversees compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for all US sites. Responsible for maintaining TSCA registrations, ensuring ongoing compliance, and providing expert advice on North America chemical regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree is required on Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.Course(s) or experience in North America regulations and governance.Experience with TSCA requirements and history preparing LVE/PMN submissions.Knowledge of chemistry and manufacturing processes.Proficient EnglishProject ManagementDetail orientedExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain proper records.Experience working in SAP EHS modules and SVTResponsibilitiesManage, prepare and submit all TSCA Pre-Manufacture Notifications (PMN) submissions to US EPA and follow-up with US EPA to shepherd submissions to successful completion; and similar for New Substance Notifications (NSN) to CanadaChemical Data Reporting (CDR) to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for all US sitesSubmit 12b Export notices, as required, for applicable chemicalsPrepare TSCA Import certificationsParticipate in TSCA advocacy issues where necessaryStay informed of the status of chemicals being reviewed by US EPA for TSCA enforcement and keep current with any changes to TSCA regulationsPrepare RACI and procedures for all North America Compliance related processesConduct a regulatory evaluation for all products prospected for North America related to chemical registration (e.g., DSL, NDSL, TSCA) and application of useEnsure that we have adequate documentation for TSCA Polymer ExemptionsINCI Submissions for PCPCFDA evaluations and FDA registrations for products marketed in North AmericaKnowledge of Food and Pharmaceutical regulations as it pertains to chemicals manufactured by IndovinyaConduct training sessions for staff on TSCA compliance and related regulatory mattersPossess comprehensive knowledge of current legislation, with the ability to relate it to all regulatory activities.Keep all the records in our repository to ensure traceability of the data related to North AmericaDriven by continuous improvement, consistently challenge existing processes and propose coherent changes that enhance agility and simplification.Perform tasks efficiently, swiftly, and productively, delivering more in less time.Conduct all activities with careful attention to budget, ensuring that expenses are allocated to the appropriate cost centers.
