We spend $20,000–$30,000 a month per closer on marketing, and as we expand, I’m increasing that budget to bring in another top producer.This is NOT a Realtor PositionNo sales associate license is required. But because we invest so heavily in marketing, each inbound call is worth about $300. That’s why we expect closers to answer all calls before 8 PM daily (excluding Sundays).
